No Electricity Yesterday, But Hoping for Progress Today

I was so excited. I had energy. I had the evening all planned. And then … I came home to a dark house. No electricity – the wind was incredibly strong all day yesterday. The lights came on briefly, to tease me, but then the lights went out again until about 2 am. So I didn’t get to sew these lovely purses … Two in fabrics by Heather Bailey, and the third in Amy Butler fabric.

These are for my son’s school’s silent auction next month.

These are going to be so cute! Bummer about the lights. I’ve been gone all month – so I’ve missed keeping up with you. Back to life today though. :)
