I just want to be home sewing right now. 

This week has been the most unsuccessful sewing week – a toddler who wouldn’t sleep, tons to do for work.   I have SO MANY IDEAS and things to work out and I can’t do it. 

I’ve also determined that I am someone who absolutely CANNOT let the house go.  I just can’t.  If there is a mess, I have to clean it up before I allow myself to sew.  What was I doing 2 nights ago?  Scrubbing the bathtub.  It had to be done!  I couldn’t let it go any longer!

I’m clearly in the minority in this, because most people I “meet” online who sew a lot – they admit they let things go.  I can’t do this completely, but I do need to find a balance.

Next up?  Finishing up a very very late Christmas present (yes, really!), getting back to my spring coat, and making a sleeping bag for my son.

  I make plans to sew, really I do. But then other stuff happens. And I mean to take much better photos, but I can't seem to get any cooperation for that either. No one will ever ask me what kind of camera I use. It's a nice one too, but you'd never know it!
