Where’s That Camera? And a Giveaway!

I’ve been working on about 3 projects at once.  Why do I do that?  Anyway – the latest is a sleeping bag for my son, and I know I took a picture of the progress – but where did I put that camera?

I’m almost done, so I’ll just have to show the finished project instead of the progress.  I also have plans to write up a tutorial.

And now on to the giveaway.  I have an extra copy of One Yard Wonders!  101 projects for one yard of fabric!

Awhile back, I had hoped to have time to submit something for this book, when I first heard about the idea. No such luck – I ran out of time.

So … for this giveaway, tell me what project you wish you had time to make.  I wish I had more time for “selfish sewing”.  I want to make myself more clothes, but I find that the needs of my house and my son seem to come first.

3) And unfortunately, I’m going to have to limit this to the United States due to postage rates.

4) After the deadline, I will choose a random number to pick the winner.

    I wish I had the time (and knowledge!) to recover a couch and a chair we own! And of course just more sewing time in general! :D

    I wish I had more time to make a quilt. I’ve never done it and am a little daunted, but I’d really like to give it a try.

    I wish I had time to be more patient while doing a project first of all! I really wish I had more time to make a beautiful,ooh and ahhh twin size quilt: )

    Oooh, this book is on my wishlist! I really wish I had the time and space to make a big giant cozy quilt for my bed!

    I been wanting to get that book. I got some cute fabric and have been wanting some time to make some kitchen curtains and emblish some towels to match.

    As always I have a bunch of projects in various stages of progress . Making clothes for the kids and items for the house do seem to get done eventually but anything for myself gets put off until never.

    I would most like to make myself a dress from the pattern that looks like Elizabeth Bennett/Keira Knightley’s dress in Pride and Prejudice. I’ve had the pattern and fabric for a couple of years… But as hard as it is for me to stop and make myself anything, it’s impossible to make myself a Halloween costume.
